Committed to ‘right first time‘, we work with our own in-house engineering design. In this area of expertise we get on board at various service levels.
Whether you contact us with an initial idea to see ‘if we could give it a try‘ or provide us with specific plans, we’ll develop the engineering design for tooling, stamping and forming technology, automation systems, jigs & fixtures as well as for 3D volume and surface models on our CAD workstations.

Our CAM system as a state-of-the-art connecting link between engineering design and manufacturing ensures optimised workflows with innovative machining strategies. As a result, we’re already meeting today’s growing demands for utmost precision while being perfectly prepared for tomorrow’s challenges as well.
We use CAM to program our machines in 2.5 D via 3 D through to simultaneous 5-axis machining.
The system we use is HyperMill by Open Mind.
